Weddings at the Tinsmith in Madison - March 2023

We don’t usually do much vending during the winter months since we’re such a seasonal business.  It takes a lot for us to come out of hibernation. But this past March, we did just that! A great couple had contacted us about catering their wedding at the Tinsmith in Madison, Wisconsin.  When it’s 195 hungry people they know who to call. Although there was snow that night, it was one of the most beautiful weddings we’ve been a part of. The organization of the wedding, and the couple themselves made the experience on our side really great and smooth.  We have been doing so many catered weddings over the past couple of years. When we started this business eight years ago we never would’ve thought that private events and corporate catering would become the backbone of our food trucking business. El Grito Taqueria has thankfully gotten to be a part of so many peoples special. day. It gives us great joy to have made those days run smoother and filled people’ tummies with delicious tacos.
