Spring time is never a dull time

 There’s always the stressors of the new year. Getting the water turned on in our new space in Cooksville Wisconsin. Replacing a damaged hood on our food truck. But this doesn’t stop us from returning to our vending season in 2023. Not only do we look forward to serving people at festivals and on the streets. We love returning to our corporate clients. For the past three years El Grito Taqueria has shown up at the swap and shop that Promega in Fitchburg WI, holds every April.  This event is a great way for us to dust off the cobwebs, and to serve a bunch of very appreciative staff. Not only do we get to be out and about in Southern Wisconsin the we also set up right next too the large telescope that Promega’s president had installed!
